Naturally, Danny Seo
I wish Danny Seo had been doing his show when my three sons were a little younger. We could have been making our own sports drinks instead of buying the overly sugared and dyed-filled bottles they relied on during and after games.
Danny Seo calls himself an “environmental lifestyle expert.” His Naturally, Danny Seo show urges a healthy lifestyle by taking time to focus on caring for yourself, family, friends and the planet. Celebrate your day with “truth, beauty and goodness,” he says at the end of every episode.
For him, that means, in part, that we should be “upcycling”—using trash to make easy simple projects. For example, in one episode he took shredded paper and made ornaments and bowls. And he’s always got a great food idea—like the DIY sports drinks or a yummy granola recipe centered on carrots.
Seo also gets out of his kitchen to highlight interesting projects that are helping the community in some way, such as a program in Los Angeles that takes grocery store and hotel food leftovers and turns them into delicious, healthy meals for a local senior facility.
Seo’s easygoing nature and genuine curiosity about how to live a greener, more respectful life make him an appealing host, and his wise words should resonate with us all.
